Just launched AgentR — Making Hiring Human Again(MHHA) 🚀

New around here on Product Hunt - excited to be part of the community!

You might be wondering: “When the whole 'Coming Soon' wall is packed with AI products, why is someone out here trying to make things human again?” 😄

Well, I lead recruitment at Vibencode, and we noticed how AI has made it easy for candidates to mass-produce keyword-stuffed resumes, which are flooding our ATS systems with identical-looking profiles. It became harder to tell who truly had the potential to thrive in a role.

So we built agentR — a tool that cuts through all that noise. It goes beyond keywords to uncover real stories in people’s career journeys. It pre-screens candidates via a smart chatbot, automates the back-and-forth, and gives hiring teams the insights they actually need.

We made it for ourselves at first, but the impact was too big to keep it internal. So today, we're sharing it with everyone 🚀
