I build research-backed prototypes for founders. How can I monetize this skill?

I’ve hit a roadblock — I want to start building automations and AI agents but I’m out of money and can’t afford the subscriptions right now.

The one skill I do have is creating deeply researched product prototypes / MVP landing pages. I dive into a market, uncover what customers want, and then package it into a highly visual landing page that founders can use to test or pitch an idea.

My question: Have you seen anyone successfully monetize this kind of skill? Would founders pay for “idea validation kits” like these (market research + prototype landing page)?

I’d love to hear from makers and founders here who have either paid for something like this or know how I can position it better.
