How I built an AI chatbot site (without being a developer)?
I’m not a developer.
But I was curious about AI and wanted to build a simple chatbot site — something like ChatGPT — for Italian users.
So I found a WordPress plugin that makes it possible to create a chatbot using Gemini (Google's AI), added my API key, and launched:
It works — people can chat in Italian and get AI responses.
But it's missing a few things…
❌ No chat history on the left (like in ChatGPT)
❌ No image generation
❌ No tools, no saved conversations — just plain text chat
Now I’m wondering:
Is it possible to add those features using WordPress?
Can I make it feel more like the real ChatGPT — with history, images, maybe even voice?
