Exploring a New Tool for AI Video Generation: MindVideo First Look and Discussion

Hi everyone! I'm Alice and I'm part of the MindVideo team. As newcomers to the field, we're very excited to join this vibrant community and wanted to introduce you to MindVideo, the AI video generation tool we're working on.

Why do you want to share?

We've noticed a lot of interest in AI video tools from creators in the forums, and MindVideo's goal is to make video creation easier and more fun, whether you're looking to make social media clips, product demos, or brainstorming visualizations. (Pointing out the target users and value) As a new user （meaning I just joined the forum myself）, I'd like to connect with you all, understand your real needs, and share what we're currently doing.

My initial experience:

Getting Started: The interface design is designed to be simple, so that even users who are new to AI video can understand the operation process relatively quickly. I tried to generate a few short video clips with some simple text descriptions (Prompt), and the process was relatively smooth.

Try to generate the content: for example, I entered "a Shiba Inu wearing glasses in the library seriously reading a book, cartoon style", and the generated video in a few seconds is in line with expectations in terms of style and subject matter.

Current features (based on my testing):

Supports multiple style presets (realistic, cartoon, oil painting, etc.).

Video length, frame rate and some basic parameters can be adjusted.

There are some requirements for the clarity of the cue word (Prompt), and efforts are being made to improve comprehension.

We would like to discuss/understand with everyone:

1、Value to creators: What pain points in your creation do you most want AI video tools to solve? (e.g., fast drafts, enriched expressions, lower production costs?)

2、Functional expectations: In addition to the existing basic functions, what advanced functions are you most looking forward to seeing? (e.g. more precise motion control, character consistency, synchronization with audio?)
