Do you actually follow a launch plan… or just wing it?

I’ve launched a few side projects—and let’s just say “organized” wasn’t the vibe 😅
Most of the time it was:
→ build
→ post on Twitter
→ hope for the best

So I’m building CoLaunchly — a tool that gives devs a simple, personalized launch plan without all the marketing fluff.
