DeadliQ, an AI-powered app to automatically track document deadlines.

Hey, Product Hunt community! šŸ‘‹

I'm Rares, the founder of DeadliQ. I'm incredibly excited (and a little nervous) to share the project I've been pouring my heart into for the past several months.

Why did I build this?

The idea for DeadliQ came from a very real and personal frustration: watching my family and project teams constantly struggle with the anxiety of tracking critical deadlines buried in documents. A single missed expiration date on a contract, a forgotten renewal clause in a policy, or a mis-typed reminder in a calendar could lead to significant financial penalties and unnecessary stress. I knew there had to be a smarter, automated way.

What's new and unique about DeadliQ?

DeadliQ isn't just another calendar or to-do list. It's an intelligent platform designed to be your safety net for important deadlines. The core difference lies in its AI-powered automation.

You can find the site here: https://www.deadliq.com/ .

Here’s the simple workflow:

1.You upload a document (PDF, DOCX, image, etc.).

2.The app's AI core, powered by Google Cloud Vision, scans it and automatically suggests the expiration date.

3.The document is then encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM (bank-level security) and securely stored.

4.A proactive notification engine sends you a chain of email reminders, so you're always ahead of schedule.

My goal was to build a tool that feels both powerful and incredibly simple to use, eliminating the most common point of human error in deadline management.

What am I most proud of in this launch?

I'm proud of building this entire full-stack application from the ground up as a solo founder, handling everything from the Node.js backend architecture and the React frontend to the Stripe payment integration and the AI pipeline. More than anything, I'm proud of creating a tool that I genuinely believe solves a tangible, costly problem.

šŸŽ Special Offer for the Product Hunt Community!

To celebrate the launch and gather your invaluable feedback, the first 100 users to sign up will get one month of the Pro plan, completely free.

I'll be here all day to answer any questions, and I'm eager to hear your thoughts. What do you think of the concept? Is the user experience intuitive? What features would you love to see next?

Your input is crucial as I continue to develop the platform. Feel free to leave your thoughts here in the comments, or if you have more detailed feedback, you can send it through the Contact page on the site. With your permission, I'd love to feature insightful feedback in a future "Testimonials" section!

@raresaiq This is such a thoughtful solution, Rares! Automating deadline tracking directly from documents solves a real pain point. Post-launch, gathering structured user feedback becomes super valuable—especially to validate what’s working and where users get stuck. We recently worked on a tool to help with exactly that, and it’s been eye-opening.
