Curious what tools you use today: a tool that automates tasks just by chatting with it.

by

Hey, I’m building a tool where you just chat to automate tasks—no setup, no coding. It connects with your apps and gets stuff done.

Quick question:

  • What tools do you use for repetitive tasks right now? (Zapier, Notion, n8n, Make.com, etc.)

  • What are the most common apps or SaaS tools you use every day?

  • What’s the most annoying part of your workflow?

  • Would you be interested in trying an early version and helping shape a tool that could save you hours each week?

Appreciate any thoughts!

For AI agents, I used @Tanka But not so sure how complex it can make the task.

@busmark_w_nika Thanks for the answer. It's a different tool.

Do you use any other tools for automation?

This sounds super interesting! A chat-based approach to automation? That’s next-level. Always up for exploring new tools, especially if they can streamline workflows. How smart is it with multi-step tasks?

Like, does it learn from past inputs, or is it more rule-based?

Also, what kind of tasks does it handle best right now?

Thanks, appreciate that. The idea is to make automation as simple as chatting—no flowcharts or complex UIs, just natural conversation.

Multi-step tasks: Yes, it handles them well. You can ask it to do things like “search Google for recent articles on a topic, summarize the key points, then save it to a Google Doc”—and it chains those steps together intelligently. It keeps context as you go, so you can build up tasks naturally in conversation.

Rule-based vs learning: Right now it’s mostly logic- and rule-based, but it does remember things like your preferred tools or patterns in your prompts. We’re actively working on deeper memory features so it can retain more context and preferences across sessions.

Best tasks today: It’s strongest with web search, content summarization, creating and editing Google Docs, sending emails, and similar structured workflows. We’re adding support for more tools over time—think project management, cloud storage, and more API-connected apps.

What tools do you use every day?

Let me know if you want early access or a walkthrough.

@viriava That sounds super intuitive! Love the idea of chaining tasks together seamlessly. The ability to retain context across sessions would be a game-changer. Curious-how customizable is it? Can users tweak workflows, or does it fully rely on natural language prompts?

For daily tools, it’s mostly Google Docs, Notion, and email-so automation in those areas would be a huge time-saver!
Early access sounds great-very keen to see how it handles real workflows. How can I get started?

Viktor Solovej

@ambika_vaish Here’s a polished version of your response that keeps it casual and friendly but adds a bit more clarity and confidence:

Thanks! Yes, you can update workflows entirely through natural language—no coding or manual flow setup needed. Just describe what you want to change, and the agent adjusts accordingly.

We’re still in the MVP stage right now, but you’re on the list—I’ll reach out as soon as we’re ready for first tests. Notion is actually one of the first tools we’re integrating after Google Docs and email, so you’re right in the sweet spot.

Appreciate the interest—can’t wait to show you how it handles real workflows soon!

@viriava Great, Looking forward to hear from you!

This ideea is cool. I'd also like a tool where you can give a chat as context and automatically creates task. I hate writing tasks 😅 Maybe this ideea helps you somehow

Thank you

Quick ones to help shape this better:

  • What tools do you use for repetitive tasks right now? (Zapier, Notion, Make, n8n, etc.)

  • What apps or SaaS tools do you use every single day?
