Building an AI Automation Tool to Automate and Sync WhatConverts Leads Data to HouseCallPro Data

I have a friend who runs ad campaigns for businesses for example cleaning businesses. He uses WhatConverts to track leads and build reports like which lead source is performing well and which lead source is not. His staff manually checks each WC lead inside Housecallpro and check if the job was done so that he closes the lead. It is a little bit of tedious task and time consuming so to automate this task i am building a tool for him using AI.
Now I think there a solid chance to outsource this tool to different businesses many people will need this tool. I am posting this information here just to validate this idea and want some input from fellow entrepreneurs how can I move forward with this idea. I have no prior experience to build any SaaS business or selling any tool online. I am a developer want to cash on this idea. Because this opportunity has came to my door. Anybody wants to help me.
