
As an ex-CFO - I lost 85lbs in 8 months. How do you stay active while building?
A year and a half ago, I was 235lbs, pre diabetic, and stuck at a desk 12+ hours a day as a CFO. I turned things around by focusing on small habits and making fitness social joining run clubs, playing pickleball, and using my wearable to stay accountable with friends. I lost 85lbs in 8 months, and the biggest game changer was social accountability.
That inspired me to leave finance and build WeFit Labs, a platform that turns your Apple Watch or wearable into a way to move with others through challenges, leaderboards, and gamified goals.
