@harinda_danangalage I agree. We don't have a way to upload documents yet but if you go to your dashboard, you'll be able to copy and paste data int your bots knowledgebase.

@ricardo_santis1 Thanks for the question. Right now there is no woo commerce integration but we could probably build something to make that work for you! The language, on other other hand, will automatically change based on your customer. So, you can train your sales rep in your primary language and when any of your website visitors ask a question in a different language, your chatbot will reply in that language.
