Scrumpy is a simple, beautiful and agile project management software. Add all your tasks to the Backlog and start working in Sprints. We'll help you to stay focused.
Hey Product Hunters!
We felt like none of the existing agile tools emphasized one of the most important principles: people over processes. We wanted to build a tool that empowers us and helps us to stay focused.
During early access, more than 100 Teams have worked actively with Scrumpy. As we're bootstrapping, this is more than we could have thought of and we are overwhelmed by all the positive feedback.
If you're missing feature X, we'll add major features in the upcoming weeks (spoiler: uploads and subtasks).
Can't wait to hear your feedback!
Bonus: Use the promo code „producthunt“ to receive 30 % discount on your first 6 months within the first week.
👋 Cheers,
Hans, Philipp & David
@hahn_mg firefox? we added tooltips yesterday, but seems like they don't work in ff. we'll push a fix in a minute.
maybe subtasks will launch this week. (:
No, seriously - If you ever worked with JIRA before, you know the pain. Scrumpy is the complete opposite. The team put a lot of attention to details and created a refreshing approach to project management.
Pros:
* this cat wiggle on the landing page 💯 * so beautiful * feels really fast * has a mac app
@denull@hanspagel You have a beautiful design! Also the logo is very nice, but I need to admit, the first thing came up in my mind, just by seeing the logo, was indeed https://marvelapp.com/ 🙈
@sbushtruk regard the import: we will definitely build an import from trello & jira. at the moment it looks like we will start with trello, depending on the feedback.
Great work and good luck with the launch 🤘 I've worked together with these guys a couple of years ago and their attention to detail is outstanding. I've been using scrumpy for about 6 weeks and while it's still early days, the UX is gorgeous. My favorite part of the UI is when you end a sprint - I'll leave you with a cliffhanger here as you have to see for yourself but it adds so much joy to the feeling of just having ended a sprint.
Do you have anything planned on improving the backlog view? I noticed that it gets crowded quite quickly and I sometimes have a hard time finding the right entries.
This is one of those products where every detail in the UX and otherwise is incredibly well designed, made and thought about. You can really feel how much love and passion the devs put into it and that they wanted to solve a problem they actually had themselfes in the best way possible. Throw away JIRA/GitHub/whatever, Scrumpy sets new standards for agile project management.
I was looking for a simple project management tool which would allow me to add tasks to a backlog and promote them to sprints (without creating separate "Sprint 12", "Sprint 15" boards), Scrumpy ticked all the boxes.
Bought a year long subscription and all I can say is that I'm a happy user. A very well made tool, especially for indie makers like me.

If you're looking for a beautiful product planning tool, look no further. Awesome founders, too! <3
Pros:Creates a lot of focus for your current sprint. I love that you "Start" a sprint by pressing a button. Something other tools lack
Cons:Backlog can get messy real quick, even with epics.

If you have ever used Trello, this will be very easy to onboard to.
Pros:Perfect for marketers
Cons:Not as perfect for developers.

Pros:More advanced than Trello, less complex than Jira
Cons:The web app feels a little heavy and slow
