We made them Smart & Sexy.
Just like you.
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Clement, co-founder at Scribe. Today, we're super excited to launch the new Scribe to help you install and update email signature marketing in just one click across your team 🚀
💌 Why Scribe?
1. Managing email signatures is a pain:
• Creating a decent design that represents your brand.
• Have signatures that work across all email clients and browsers and don't end up in spam because they are images and not HTML.
• Keeping brand consistency across the team and avoiding outdated information.
• Getting people to install and update their signatures. (Stop being the most ignored person in your Slack)
2. Email signature is an untapped marketing channel:
• On average companies send 1 million emails annually for every 100 employees. That's a lot of interaction with your brand image and as many opportunities to promote it.
• With Scribe it becomes effortless to unlock free ad impressions in every email sent by your team by adding calls to action and promotional banners.
💌 What can Scribe do for you?
In 10 minutes, you can:
• Create modern email signatures that match your branding.
• Sync your teammates and auto-fill their signature information using your favorite tool (Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure AD, Bamboo HR, Okta, Hibob, Rippling, etc...)
• Install and update their signatures in one click in Gmail, Outlook, Outreach, Salesforce, Front, and SalesLoft.
• Schedule marketing campaigns across your team's signatures.
No action from your teammates is needed. They won't even know Scribe exists. Everything is centrally automated and managed on your side.
💌 After 10 minutes, you'll get:
• New modern email signatures running to promote your brand.
• A new marketing channel easily added to your email that you're using every day
All of this at a no-brainer price.
💌 How much does Scribe cost?
We have plans for all business sizes, starting with a 7-day free trial. No card is required.
Unlimited signatures and users. Try all Scribe features for yourself.

Our journey with Scribe began as we searched for a solution that could offer both professionalism and brand consistency across all email interactions. What set Scribe apart was its ease of integration, customisable templates, and insightful analytics. Since adopting Scribe, our emails now carry a cohesive brand image that resonates with our clients and streamlines our communication. The feedback from our team and clients has been overwhelmingly positive, noting the polished and professional look of our emails. Scribe has not only saved us time but has also contributed to enhancing our brand's perception. We highly recommend Scribe to anyone looking to elevate their email communications. It's been a game-changer for Flipside Up
@clementchampau congratulations 👏 I'm excited to follow the Scribe story for quite some time now, and the new Scribe is absolutely delightful! Amazing job, keep up the fantastic work! :)
I've been following the progress of Clément's team between the old and this new version of Scribe, and the difference in terms of product is stark! Definitely the best UX you can get in 2024 on this market to manage your email signatures!
I initially dismissed this as "it's only signatures" but on closer inspection, I love the focus on the signature block and making it more beautiful and useful - we send so many emails a day. Question: What led you to working on this? How did you start thinking about signature blocks and the potential there?
@rajiv_ayyangar Thank you so much for your support! Several factors motivated us to start Scribe, one of which is the aspect of identity. We sign our emails every day without giving it much thought, and we believe this aspect deserves a better design. We asked ourselves what if we could treat email signatures as an element of fashion—having a signature design that you would be so proud to wear like your favorite pair of sneakers.
Another factor is the use of email signatures as a marketing channel, as you mentioned. Essentially, you have a free channel for ad impressions with every email you send. Even with a low CTR on the marketing elements of your signatures, it's a win for you if the product is affordable, quick to set up, and easy to deploy across the team. These are the core aspects we focused on when designing Scribe: How can we help you effortlessly promote your brand across your team as quickly as possible while adding a new marketing tool to your arsenal at a cost that's a no-brainer?
When we look at the data the average CTR of Scribe customers is higher than we expected, around 14%. It can be higher for departments such as Sales, the average is around 32% CTR.
We've been using Scribe and watching it evolve from the get-go. This new release is brilliant! The team really went the extra mile on every detail, the app is very intuitive, fast and thoughtfully designed. Hooking it up with our email provider was also really easy. It's been the obvious choice for us to handle our email signatures. Congrats on the launch! 🚀
Scribe is such a great product. Beautiful branded signatures for everyone within your company. 100% consistency, always. Hassle free integration with Google Workspace. Best of all: campaign banners that can be added to signatures, company wide or per department. Hiring? New product? Event? Just schedule a banner and generate extra exposure for free with your email signatures. Analytics included!
I heard a lot about it from @valeriansaliou and I must say I really like the UX and the brand positioning around this product!
I see you integrate with a lot of cool tools, what's the next step in your roadmap?
Congrats on the launch 🎉
@ant0ine_gt Thanks for your support! Enjoyed your last talk about SEO and the future of marketing on the SAAS Makers channel!
As for the next steps we are currently working on the Scribe AI to help you design beautiful email signatures even more tailored to your brand. Imagine it would be having your in-house designer. Scribe AI will also auto-generate promotional banners to add to your team signatures in one click.
In the longer term, the Muses are telling me maybe a new email provider so you don't have to use Google or Microsoft anymore 👀
I am a very satisfied user of scribe for more than 2 years and in my opinion it is one of the best tool for email signatures. I have been super impressed with their support and frequent updates.
@clementchampau Best Wishes!!
Wow, very nice solution to this problem! Must have been the main pain point to get all those integrations working and conquer the Word HTML rendering engine. 😁
@michacassola Thanks Micha! Haha yes creating lightweight HTML signatures that work on all email clients, and browsers plus are responsive was a challenge for the team.
@julien_le_coupanec Thanks for your support and feedback since day one Julien! Glad you noticed the onboarding. We spent a lot of time iterating to find the perfect balance between speed, simplicity, and creating value for the user. A fascinating puzzle to solve. Spoiler alert, you end the onboarding with beautiful branded email signatures in only a few clicks 👀
@leo_at_zapier Thanks for your support 💌 An honor to see folks at Zapier using Scribe. Actually, we're currently working on a Zapier integration so you'll be able to trigger action based on events on your Scribe signatures. For example, if a user clicks on your "book a demo" call to action or promotional banner then add that email to your CRM and notify an SDR. This will increase the sales and marketing tactics you can do with your email signatures 🎯
@clementchampau I love that a Zapier trigger is coming and, I mean no offense to the "Zap" lovers of the world but, I'd rather see an open API with some basic triggers that I can take into a platform like Make.com or Postman for more flexibility and less costly operational expenses.
@clementchampau Congrats on the launch! I didn't even think of email signatures as an acquisition channel but this feels like low-hanging fruit. Going to give this a try.
