I built SchedFolio because my own family’s rental business was drowning in chaotic bookings, forgotten payments, and missed schedules. Everything was tracked on spreadsheets or messaging apps — and it just didn’t scale. I needed something simple, smart, and made exactly for rental and service operations — so I built it.
Most tools out there are either too expensive, too complex, or only focused on one type of asset (like cars or apartments).
