Hello Product Hunters,
I’m thrilled to announce a new launch! This time, I’ve built a chatbot agent for customer communication. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
While interacting with HR personnel, I noticed that they often struggle to respond to every email—either because they lack updates or simply lose interest. However, being ignored can leave a lasting impact on the sender. I’ve personally experienced this, but I also understand that HR teams receive hundreds of emails daily and don’t always have the time to reply to each one.
This led me to create a solution: a system to manage files and notes for contacts, with a chatbot that automatically customizes its responses based on the stored information for each contact.
At Typewriting, I’m a solo maker. My motto for product building is "Bringing AI to Work." I’d love to hear your feedback on the product and its features!

Love the focus on reducing email fatigue! Can the AI’s tone be customized to match a company’s brand voice, or are responses more standardized?

@desmond_ren1 Thanks for your feedback. Only a standard tone and instruction has been used in this current version, to keep it easy to adopt. But, we will add some settings to customise it soon. For now, if you need any customisation, we can do it for your account.
