Presenting a new way for customers to reach out - or for you to collect their feedback.

A little flashback, In real world:
- customers directly talk to us
- we listen to their frustrations
- ask them follow ups to learn more
- explain to hold him

In the digital space, we only have forms for contacting us, having feedback, or conducting surveys. Boring and no engagement.

We are offering a new approach of new approach to it. Typewriting AI helps you build your own AI assistant who responds your customer on your behalf, asks follow up questions and gives your customers to have an explanation if required.

Not just another website chatbot. Anyone who works with customers can use it, it takes a few minutes to get started, share a personal contact link, collect key info, and let customers get the answers you’d usually give.

This is a fresh take on customer communication! I really like how Typewriting AI goes beyond typical chatbots by asking follow-up questions and providing explanations, making interactions more natural and helpful.

How does it handle complex or unexpected customer queries? Is there a way to seamlessly escalate conversations to a human when needed?

@evgenii_zaitsev1 Hi, thanks for your nice comment. I must admit I am not a good explainer, yet you got it correctly.

There are two approaches for handling complex queries:
1. Saving knowledge base project basis (files & short notes), as well as for individual contacts
2. You can do direct replies in real time from for each contact

Technically it's a messaging app, AI acts to continue the conversation.

why is this better than just training your own custom GPT to do this?

@jason_chernofsky That's a good question Jason. I believe Typewriting is easier doing that. Custom GPT is way better at generating good responses. But, it doesn't let the GPT maker to contact its users, on the other hand in this approach you are able to do that.
