Having spent the last 10 years in marketing operations & leadership with everything from bootstrapped to late-stage VC-backed SaaS startups, one thing that I've seen time and time again is avoidable SaaS sprawl and waste. Most teams rely on spreadsheets or Google Docs to coordinate and track SaaS subscriptions and contracts. There are dedicated tools like Vendr or Zylo, but those are better tailored to the enterprise with well-funded operations teams. That's why I've created Savee as an alternative for small-scaling startups. Savee is a low-cost solution for businesses to track and manage all their vendors across their teams in one central place. Features include renewal reminders, activity tracking, admin alerts, and vendor discovery.

Nice, Jason! I wish we had this at my last company track our "SaaS sprawl" - and prevent different departments from buying stuff that didn't easily integrate with the core toolset. Would have saved us money, sure - but maybe more important, it would have saved us many headaches! :D
Jason Howie
@katemonster215 thanks for the comment Kate! And that sounds like a great way to control sprawl!
