Really nice and easy product to use for keyword tracking. But the benefits are in the other features

Pros:

Great price for keyword tracking. Extra features add more value, ie page speed tracking and keyword suggestions

Cons:

Tell me more about what to do and what the potential gains might be

Hands down, SanityCheck is the highest value SEO tool that we use (and pay for). It's simple to use, and highly effective at surfacing "low hanging fruit" on a regular basis. By addressing the issues and opportunities that SanityCheck brings up, we're able to steadily improve our SEO while juggling everything else.

Pros:

- Surfaces information that's buried deep in Google Search Console - Provides insights into issues and opportunities around SEO.

Cons:

Haven't found a better alternative.

Been using this product for a while, and some of the deeper insights it offers me as an SEO and content creator is brilliant. I strongly recommend diving into using this tool if you are looking for ideas to create better content based on your own data. It also has some great SEO testing features that you need to give a go

Probably one of the best products on the market for getting deeper insights on Google Search Console data

Pros:

Love the integration with Google Search Console data for great SEO content and keyword ideas

Cons:

I don't have enough time in my day to explore it

Is there a way to tell what keywords that I don’t rank very well for but could with a little bit more work?
Nick Swan
@kensavage hey Ken, there's the 'Accidental Keywords' report within the app that shows you long tail keywords that you might not be targeting yet. Sometimes you can find some really juicy keywords and queries you haven't considered before that your site accidentally ranks for. If you were to take these and create content for them there's a good chance your site could rank quite highly for them. Once a week SanityCheck also emails out 10 Accidental/Long Tail keyword ideas for you to take a look at.

Hey everyone, My name is Nick and I'm the founder (and solo bootstrapper) of SanityCheck. I've been doing SEO since around 1998 and the fun times of Alta Vista and Excite. A couple of years ago I realised how much time I spent in spreadsheets so I decided to use the API for Google Search Console to automate a lot of the manual time consuming jobs I was doing. After an initial MVP, once I started building a few pre-configured reports I realised other people would find this useful too. I use the tool every day to: - discover new content ideas - find content and pages to improve - identifying click through rate improvement opportunities - run SEO tests to see if changes have improved rankings - making sure PageSpeed scores remain good on important pages This was initially a 'scratch your own itch' type product, but it has been improved massively from customer feedback. I use it every day and it saves me hours and hours of time each week. Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback in the comments.

It is a simple to use yet highly effective tool. I have used it for strategic SEO growth around high value key word rankings since it launched and it has really paid off. I am a paying customer btw :-)

Pros:

Easy to use and the information it gives you is amazing

Cons:

Can become addictive :-)

Martin Judd

I don't use it to it's full potential (yet) but get loads of value out of the features I do use

Pros:

Page speed reports, accidental keywords and keyword tracking

Cons:

Nothing I can think of

@nickswan wow, finally a product to enrich and structurize Search Console's data :) How about we publish an interview about SanityCheck at StartupRadius? Ping me at paul@startupradius.com if interested!

Does this do anything SEMRush doesn't?
Nick Swan
@duarteosrm hey, I've used most SEO tools over the years but never SEMRush. From looking at the features SanityCheck does daily PageSpeed Insight tests, and has SEO testing functionality so you can test changes to see how they have impacted on rankings, clicks and ctr. The data is also based on GSC, where as a lot of other tools scrape the Google serps results. Both approaches have positive and negatives.
Peter Thaleikis
Does it work for other languages than English @nickswan ?
Nick Swan
@spekulatius1984 yeah it'll work with whatever language the Google queries are in.
Dan Meyer
@nickswan as someone with limited experience with search console who finds it suboptimal, I like this idea and look forward to checking it out. have you thought about a free tier for domains with low (but hopefully growing) traffic? I'm thinking domains that don't have enough traffic to make it worth paying $200+ per year. you'd have the info via the API to know when [insert best metric] gets above a certain level and could then say "you no longer qualify for the startup plan. your 14-day trial starts today" or something like that.
Nick Swan
@danmeyer1 hey Dan, thanks for the feedback. I have been considering a free tier over the past week. I think it is something I am going to put some serious thought into. There are certain aspects of the app this would make sense for.

In general, SEO is a cool thing for business development and online promotion. The only moment, I think, is that if you choose a SEO service, you need to look for something top-notch so that the result is definitely good. I have almost made up my mind and I think to opt for SE Ranking https://top10seosoftware.com/ser... . This review helped me with it, I really liked the huge selection of SEO tools.
