@gouthamj it is focused on collaborating with your team for feedback however in coming future we will also convert it into customer side issue reporting tool
I have been using some workarounds for the same purpose. Thank you for the product, I would need it occasionally.

First of all, big thanks to @kevin for hunting us!
While running a design agency we faced the problem of website feedback a lot. Currently, people use screenshots or zoom meetings in order to give feedback on websites. The average time required to review any page using such methods is over 3-4 hours alone, which makes it SUPER inefficient and time-consuming!
Fed up with frustration, we decided to build our own solution and that led to the birth of ruttl.
What is ruttl? 📌
ruttl is a visual feedback tool that allows you to leave comments on live websites, web apps, graphics, PDF’s and make real-time edits, so that you can share precise feedback with your developers. Since 2020, ruttl has helped over 8000+ customers across the world to cut down their feedback times by up to 75%!
What can you do with ruttl? 🤔
1. Comment: Add comments directly on live websites, web apps, PDF's, Images & share it with your team.
2. Inspect and edit CSS: Share precise changes with developers by editing font size, alignment, margins, paddings and more in real time, without coding!
3. Guest Commenting: Share the project link with your clients. They add comments without the need of signing up!
4. Bug Tracking: Add our chrome extension, start browsing any website and raise issue tickets.
5. Video Comments: Share precise feedback by recording video and sharing it with your team.
6. Replace Assets: Integrate with Unsplash or upload custom creatives and replace them anywhere inside a website or web app.

I absolutely love ruttl. I can't believe how easy it is to use and how many sites have this tool on them already! It's a free way to provide feedback directly on live websites, which saves time for both the designer and client (and makes everyone happy).

@vindeepjr_chaudhari yes we were able to reduce our last-minute feedback time by 50% atleast thus speeding up our launch process. Do try edit mode
