I absolutely love ruttl. I can't believe how easy it is to use and how many sites have this tool on them already! It's a free way to provide feedback directly on live websites, which saves time for both the designer and client (and makes everyone happy).

Outstanding tool, I have personally used this tool & it's features and it really improves the communication between designers, developers & project managers and also provide the transparency to clients which makes it most useful and efficient tool to use. Also, it has so many various features - which improve the work quality at reasonable price. Kudos to the ruttl team, and congrats on the lauch.

As a project manager, we act as the bridge between the design/dev team & the client. For over years, back & forth process inclusive of feedbacks and execution has been the most time-consuming KRAs for us. Ruttl just literally made the whole process so much easier for us! One of the most useful product. As a frontend developer I personally love how ruttl makes the website feedback process super quick. If you hate long email chains of feedback i will highly recommend this product.

What is it about bug tracking? How is it useful & how do I begin?

I always struggled with clients taking feedback over google docs, I think Rutt is something I have been looking for a very long time. I'm definitely going to try it.
