@cjen Thanks for the kind words! We built this after hearing from so many recruiters who had tried every major platform, but were inundated with poor matches. Our goal is to help hiring team surface their top applicants in a much more transparent way.

@cjen That's fantastic to hear! We realized this was needed because traditional ATS often prioritized keywords over true fit, which led to a lot of irrelevant applications and talented people getting missed.
We saw a clear need for a more intuitive system that allowed hiring managers to define their own specific criteria for a role, cutting through the keyword clutter to find genuine fit. That insight drove us to create this tool!

@cjen we worked with over 500 employers helping to connect them with entry level talent. Saw that there was a challenge in vetting them based on resume alone and companies were wasting time interviewing non fits

At the same time, many candidates feel buried in the noise even when they know they’d be a great fit. We hope this will help hiring teams find those perfect applicants.
