I'm really excited about our latest product: Inbox. This an add-on to Reviewshake, our reputation management platform. We have built the Inbox with 2 use cases in mind: - Access all your communications with customers in a single place - engage in 2-way SMS communications with your customers Why did we build it? Engaging with your customers is paramount for keeping them happy - they become recurrent customers and your brand awareness grows. Being able to receive feedback quickly and engage with them instantly is one of the best ways to delight your customers. How does it work? In order to use the Inbox, you need to have a Reviewshake account. If you are on the medium or large plan, you can already use it - just enable it from the General Settings, you will receive your own dedicated phone number, and then you are ready to go!
