We're excited to be launching this amazing tool, NetworkAI, to help you network with recruiters, hiring managers, and professionals.
A brief story of how this worked for me: Because of using LinkedIn networking with these exact strategies, outputs, and reach outs, I was able to land into my career at Snap, Google, and Cisco.
For Snapchat: I identified the recruiter for the role and reached out using a personalized invite + a message, showcased my skills/experiences from my resume, which led to an interview and offer.
For Google: I identified the hiring manager when he read my post about being affected by layoffs; I then sent him a personalized invite to connect which led to an interview and offer.
For Cisco: I optimized my profile and a recruiter reached out to me. I then reached out to professionals who worked at the company to gain insights to best prepare for my interviews and eventual offer.
We hope this tool will help you achieve similar results, not only with identifying who to reach out to but also how to make effective connections.
