@titusdecali The new UI Concept is infinitely more useful fwiw. But I think even the current UI is exceptional because it is a set-it and forget it kind of setting.
@ayushpokh Thanks for your kind feedback! I really tried hard to make it simple and intuitive, but I think there is still plenty of room to improve the UI and features.
@vinicius_terranova@titusdecali Same here (Chrome on Windows). The addon seems to be installed and active but it doesn't work. The text of the email I am replying to does not turn into clickable "links" as in the demo video. But the idea is sooo great. I'd love this to work! Please, take my money! Also, Firefox!

Hey guys, I'm sorry it's not working (we've had this happen with a few people and are searching for the cause).
Can you both tell me:
1. Your OS (mac or PC)
2. Which language your OS is (French, German, English, etc)
3. Whether you've tried ReplyNinja with all other extensions disabled
4. Also double check that Chrome is updated to the current version
EMAIL: hello@reply.ninja
Sorry for asking these details, but it will really help us narrow down the issue.
*UPDATE:* bugs are fixed. It should now support your language ^^
Hey hunters!
I’m Titus Decali, the creator of Reply.ninja
After manually writing inline-replies in Gmail for the past few years, I got tired of the time I spent on each one and instead made a free Chrome extension to automate the process. Now you can get inline replies with a single click.
We’ll be launching some extended features soon!:
- Email and link open tracking
- High-conversion, email templates
- Custom, canned response templates
- Remove duplicate signatures automatically
Your feedback is always welcome friends!

Great product idea. Happy to use it now. As I have to write emails on a daily basis for work, this Chrome extension will help me to save time, while being more precise with my email replies. Thanks, @titusdecali.
@wilsonbright Thanks for asking! ReplyNinja does not store or track any data about its users. Actually, we don't have any way to know who is using our extension. It's just a small script that performs the copy, pasting, and formatting action.
Oauth will be added in the future when we add the email/link tracking and marketing template features, but even at that point we will not track or be able to see anything about our users.
Thanks! ^^
@barrettshepherd What language is your OS using? We're trying to solve an issue some users are experiencing and so far they've all been non-English systems.
@kristian_clancy Absolutely! Once the bugs that are currently preventing some Chrome users from properly using ReplyNinja have been sorted we will start porting it to Firefox.
We've just published a new version of ReplyNinja which should fix the issue of it pasting text below signatures. For anyone experiencing this problem, please remove and re-add it to Chrome (to ensure it has been updated) and see if this solves it ^^
