2. Select a warm-up profile - the default New Email Account profile focuses on warming up a new email account, while the Reputation Protect profile will shield your current sender reputation. You can also choose to send auto-generated texts by GPT-3 or use default email templates.
3. Gradually increase the number of emails sent daily over a certain period of time.
4. Track your results in the email warm-up progress chart or check the detailed report so you know when to troubleshoot or when your email accounts are ready to use.
Reply’s Email Warm-up is a fully automated process. As soon as your email reaches the inbox, the system will open, reply to, and mark it as important. If your email lands in the SPAM folder, the system will move it to Inbox and mark it as ‘Important’.

Great idea, might be very useful for a new businesses. Also a great lead generation idea for reply.io, but as an outstanding product it might have low retention potential. How it might be used by companies on a long distance?

How do you ensure that the algorithm is secure for Google?

Not only for G Suite but also Outlook, as we're testing it right now and going to start supporting Outlook email addresses soon)
Our users' email accounts security in the first place for us, so we developed a proprietary algorithm that constantly checks the overall "health" of warm-up emails sent among all participants and adjusts Profile's settings if any negative consequences have been spotted.
But after 300k+ warm-up emails sent to date, we haven't had any bad consequences and we're doing our best they will not occur in the future.

If those emails have any positive engagement (people open them, reply to them, and mark as important) this will give a clear signal to the email providers that the email account is legit. Our tool basically does the same, but on autopilot 😉
