Hi Everyone, We built this invoicing tool for freelancers in India keeping first time users in mind. It comes with optional payment gateway to accept card payments. We are looking to add following features in the coming weeks. -Automated reminders -Invoice email tracking -Foreign currency support -Financing Options. Please try the product and share feedback.

Easy to use. I have been using this for about 3-4 weeks now and it has made invoicing really easy for me. Pros: 1) Easy Interface 2) All invoices in One Place 3) Multiple Payment option 4) Pay Now button on Invoice 5) GST invoicing Cons: 1) Doesn't have a mobile interface/application, need to use my laptop everytime.

It's been over a month that our coworking is using Refrens to create invoices for different sets of clients, from freelancers to companies and it has never been easier to create and manage invoices. Feature request: Would love a reminder feature for invoicing, since all our clients have recurring invoices at various dates.

@kar2905 Thanks Kartik. Initially we are looking at freelancers only. So integrations with the tool you mentioned wont help much. In second phase we will onboard small-medium companies, then these integrations will help.

Interface looks sleek 👍🏻 Got one functional question - Normally when a freelancer raises a invoice to a fairly sized company, the company deducts TDS before making the payment. How can a freelancer be informed about this in advance?

@sha26 so while paying we are allowing the payer to mention TDS and adjust payable amount accordingly. We will soon be adding an "Advice" to payer and freelancer about compliance laws like TDS, IGST etc.

As a freelancer, I have faced a lot of struggles to create invoices. Especially, I had no idea how to structure it. But after using Refrens it became very easy for me to create invoices and keep a track of my finance. Moreover, it was the only product which was cost effective. Refrens is indeed a necessary tool for every freelancer.
