Been using Redash as our primary analytics and visualization tool at the company after going through many of the other more known platforms. Nothing compared to it.
Pros:Simple, straight to the point, super cheap compared to other products on the market, versatile
Cons:Visuals could be better
We've been relying on Redash for the past 10+ months for our analytics and reporting needs. It allows us to quickly query our databases and get up-to-date dashboards/tables and charts from which we draw helpful insights. Alerts are also something super helpful we've just started using.
Pros:Simple to use, great dashboarding and visualization capabilities, fair pricing for small and nimble startups.
Cons:Still requires investing some time for non-technical people to learn how to write queries
