It is surprising that despite being one of the oldest and most important jobs to run a company, Recruitment involves a lot of manual work still. Automation is desperately needed in this space.

I might be a bit biased but I got to try this product even during its beta phase and I have been a fan since then. I loved Reczee ATS in itself and now it taking care of a lot of tasks that I am trying to do with Reczee way mroe frictionless. I would definitely suggest you giving it a go if you hvae to deal with candidates from several sources and struggle to be on top of it.

Excited to invest more time in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and allowing agentic AI take care of the mundane but critical and repititive activities like sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating/collaborating.
The data analytics helps us make better decisions too.
PS- can we also have a back up of candidates - la RAC in the railway tickets used case -just incase we have pur last minute dropouts :)!
