Hey Product Hunt community! Excited to launch Recognify! 🎉 Recognify is designed to help teams build a culture where everyone feels appreciated and connected. Here’s a closer look at what Recognify brings to the table: Gamified Recognition: We wanted to make it easier and more enjoyable to recognize each other's achievements. With Recognify, team members can send recognition points and earn badges, creating a more engaging way to celebrate contributions. Think of it as a social app where appreciation is the currency! Feedback Surveys: Continuous feedback is essential for growth, but it’s easy to miss in remote settings. Recognify’s surveys give managers and team members a simple way to check in on each other’s experiences and satisfaction. This helps keep everyone on the same page and makes sure feedback is constructive and timely. Slack Integration: Recognify integrates seamlessly with Slack to make recognition a natural part of the workflow. Whenever someone recognizes a teammate or completes a survey, notifications in Slack keep everyone in the loop. Upcoming Integrations: We’re working to add more integrations, including Microsoft Teams, Trello, Jira, and Asana, to fit into the tools teams already use.
