We wanted to build Insights, because it's so darn hard to get actionable insights from eCommerce platforms like Shopify & WooCommerce. Insights is lightweight and just _works_. Since Receiptful is already parsing all of your store & customer data (via your receipts), we're in the great position of actually turning all of that data into something that can influence the decision-making in your business. So it's a no-frills-no-fuss kind of feature that just does one thing: gives you insight into what your customers are doing and how that translates to overall store performance. :)

As a Receiptful customer already, this puts more things in one place, and shows me what's working and what doesn't (PS, the conditional logic added to the follow up emails is a winner too!)
