Congrats on the launch! Interesting product! Learning the first principles of decision analysis from Ronald Howard at Stanford has been one of the most impactful mental models I've obtained so far in my life. What major thought leaders/ frameworks did you guys use as resources while building the software?

@loslivs, Thank you, and thanks for checking out Rationalize! Our initial prototype is built entirely around Stuart Pugh's Decision Matrix approach (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De...). We went with Decision Matrix because it is the method widely used by engineering teams in new product development. In fact, we worked with a design engineering consultancy to develop their use case. Hopefully, though, this is just the first of many decision modes that we will implement within Rationalize. We are exploring what other decision modes are relevant and demanded in the market.

We have just launched our public beta and are looking for first users. Our target market are product design and innovation teams. However, if you think you have a valid use case for our approach, do reach out - we would love to understand it and potentially develop Rationalize to suit your use case. Cheers, Dmitry
