@imaznation yes, our broker-dealers provide the appropriate tax forms end of year which can be downloaded through the app, and we surface periodic statements to all investors. All offerings are quaified by the SEC and searchable on SEC.gov (but we also surface these in the app for all users, whether you invest or just want to browse).
I've been purchasing a couple shares of the cars that launch on Rally Rd, and the team has been kind enough to send out stock shares for each of my purchases.
These are a blast to have on my desk, and they're great investments to boot. Y Combinator-backed Arthena is also securitizing typically out-of-reach assets for public investors.
Love this space, and excited to see startups continue to allow unaccredited/new investors participate in markets that they can't typically participate in due to high capital requirements or arbitrary regulation.

I would love to participate/invest but I'm based in Europe (Portugal). Do you have a timeline for allowing non-US investors?
i feel like i got a lot of notifications and e-mails right off the bat. It really turned me off to actually going and check back on the app

Wow I heard people were tokenising cars on the blockchain to do this, didn't know you could do this as well!
Great, I really want get into this. BUT - I don't have an iPhone. Why on earth does this service not have a web app? It makes absolutely no sense. This is exactly the sort of service that needs a website that can be used on the web, regardless of which mobile platform you use or whether you prefer a button phone. this app trend is quite annoying at time.s
Love the concept and, as a petrol head, this is something I would love to get involved with - if only it was on Android!
Any reason why it needs to be mobile only? Could see this working just as well as a web app.

Very cool! How long does it take to fund your account if you are using linking? How are you notified when new cars come up for purchase? Do you always get a share certificate when you purchase shares?
@ricwol In many cases, balance transfers can occur same-day, but that varies based on your bank with some taking up to 3 business days. As for stock certificates, we've been sending the lucite version out for any multiple share purchase, and the hand-painted print for all investments. We'll be adding a bunch of great tangible products to the investment suite to compliment the shares soon as well!
