🙋‍♂️ Hi Product Hunters and makers! 🤩 Today I want to introduce you my new Mac menu bar app Quick Look Fix. 😎 Quick Look Fix is a lightweight app that sits on your menu bar. When your spacebar preview (Quick Look) doesn't work, you just click Fix Quick Look Now from the menu and preview the image again, it works. ✅ You have the option to automatically run it on system start. You can check it from the menu or if you change your mind, disable it easily. 😇 The idea of this one actually came from my own need. We all know that cliche entrepreneur talk, "Fix people's problems, give them solutions, make their lives easier..." This is the most appropriate one in my personal history. I can assure you, instead of listening to TED talks, it feels better to deliver. 😹 I petted a lot of cats while coding this. When I get bored I go and spend time with cats. So one of my furry friends became the logo and the demo image while he's wearing some women's slippers. (I don't know what he was thinking while doing that, but he became the icon.) 👨‍💻 The app doesn't do anything permanent. When quick look fails you just click Fix Quick Look Now from menu once and open the image again. You don't lose time with restarting the computer or Finder etc. This app does not restart Finder or computer. 🤗 You can freely try the app for 7 days without giving any payment info. 🧐 Hope you enjoy it, I'm curious about your comments and experience.
