@itsrobbiehi Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I built in Chrome (I like their dev tools the best) and tested in Safari (which has some svg issues to work out). Thus, I said Chrome was all I've targeted yet. But, shouldn't be much to get Safari working. Glad you got to try it out :)
@klauss - d3 for svg/canvas and Django on the backend. Everything else is vanilla. Been thinking about it for a few years but actually knuckled down and built it over the last three months.
Just testing this out and initial thoughts are I really like it - nice alternative to Excel for some of this.
It would be great to have a currency selection option (UK Based!!).
@scott_clennell I completely agree. I'll add it to the growing feature list. This was a base release to see if it's something the world actually needs :) Thanks for the kind words and checking it out!
Hey all, I hope you enjoy Proof. I wished for too long to have a flowchart where I could simulate output, consumption, cost, and time all in one place, so I decided to build it. I hope you need it as much as I do! I'm prioritizing lots of new features and external integrations, so please reach out with your requests!
Hey @joseph_ensminger, good questions. Mind maps, flowcharts, sketches, and spreadsheets are all just pieces of what is the complete actionable idea. I needed a tool that combined the process design with the quantitative inputs and results. The ultimate goal of Proof is to give a toolset to which you can create a comprehensive simulation of an idea that includes both how the process works as well as what it consumes and produces.
Proof is applicable to anyone using a flowchart that wants to move past the abstract idea and start modeling the potential reality. That's the core concept and I'm continuing to add to the toolset to get you there.
Thanks for asking!
