I normally try not to make comparisons in my business and personal life but all of my charts are green and I love this product. In all seriousness, this is cool. It would be nice to see trial-to-paid conversion rates. The sample size would be helpful too, although I get ProfitWell has privacy concerns to think about.

This is a product I didn't know I'd been waiting for. 🀯 As the founder of a bootstrapped remote startup I don't have a huge support network of VCs, officemates, etc. to ask about this kinda stuff. It often feels like we're failing because there's no way to compare ourselves against other companies at a similar stage. ProfitWell has a history of building products that *answer questions* rather than just a deluge of data. And I'm kinda hooked on Benchmarks already. ❀️

Benchmarks are extremely helpful for understanding if there's room for improvement. Great for us might only be good by industry benchmarks and we definitely need to know that.

?Makers Nice work! Seeing LTV and Churn for our segment / price point is particularly helpful. Is the churn number accounting for companies with negative churn? I'm seeing 6.5% for November in b2b (link below). Also, how do we get to the comparison charts in the screen shots (e.g. "your avg LTV of $x falls in the y% quartile). @mike_seekwell Thanks Mike! The churn number you see there does not take into account negative churn. That is a pure voluntary or delinquent churn rate. However, you can get a sense of negative churn from looking at Retention rate. This factors in new + upgrades +reactivates - downgrades - churn. Will email you directly for the company comparisons sections.

I was lucky enough to be part of the early beta, and it's been an amazing experience from day 1. Finally, reliable benchmarks from a large enough sample to make it relevant and useful. Turns out my churn isn't that bad after all! :)
