Yay!!! Everything to date has been so helpful, very cool to see the new features

This looks great, something that may be a great fit for me as a PM and our current needs. However, it is kind of expensive, especially for early stage startups. I also don't see any form of a trial period at all or am I missing something?

For those of you already familiar with productboard, there is a whole set of features improving the core user experience: - New sub-features give you a more granular way of structuring your feature ideas, - Larger features can now span multiple releases reflecting better the reality of large epics, - Improvements into component aggregation logic and visualizations make it easier than ever to organize your features in the best way, - Prioritization around clear objectives is now at the very core of the productboard experience, - Larger product organizations can create and customize multiple different release groups and create roadmaps of different granularities, - Jira integration got a significant boost and allows for integration with issues of any type, - We introduced access permissions for a variety of feature fields giving you better control over who sees what, - The matrix is now a part of a seamless flow and clearly tied to objectives and effort - The portal is officially out of the early access program and ready for the prime - We made more minor improvements to the overall experience. Several of these features have been in the making for a while as many of them are solutions to some pretty complex design problems stemming from the many-to-many relationships of the real-world entities. I like that it's focused on letting you use your own way to gather customer insights, define business goals, and prioritize work.

Pros:

I trialed 5 PM software solutions for a month, and ended up deciding on productboard. It’s a flexible system rather than a process.

Cons:

I'm missing some integrations with some of the tools we use (like HelpScout), but hopefully that's coming too.

Constantly getting better. Not over bloated with unnecessary features.

Pros:

easy to use, focused, great UI

Cons:

Some of the roadmap reports/export features could be updated even further (and is ongoing).

We loved it from the start. It is effortless to use, to prioritise features, visualise the roadmap, the filtering works super, which makes it easy to go through the backlog and plan the work. Integration with Jira works very well, UI is crystal clear, personalisation of the product is a 4.0. It's very easy to link feedback gathered from the customers with the feature that it relates to. A portal is a place for your clients to see what is planned & what is being done as well as them making features request.. We are continiuosly in love with it. A weak point of the product is the commenting and discussion part. It's a bit hard to respond to a particular message, it would be nice to have some treads, and quick responses (emoji) since we decided to take the whole discussion regarding product decisions out of Jira. What would make this product perfect for me, is the possibility to assign and set the due date for the features - this would allow us to see where the team is weak and where it is strong. Nevertheless we've been using it for about three months now, and so far, it was the best decision we've made to stick with the product.

Responsive team, super easy to use product!

Pros:

Has helped us plan, communicate and capture valuable insights as well as prioritize with clarity against multiple sectors and regions,

Cons:

No alternative could touch PB. Only thing I would love is a way to better plan the actual workload across my 9 sprint teams.

We love PB. I like that all our product feedback can be aggregated. We no longer lose valuable information to emails and word docs on our public drives.

Productboard holds a spot in my heart only shared by AirTable. Thanks for a great tool and best of luck to you and your team Hubert!

Awesome job, guys! We had to pause our account due to circumstances, but we'll get back to using productboard as soon we can. It was definitely one of my most favorite tools in our toolset :)
