This is pretty cool , @roman_rybintsev -- maybe I'm just thick but I can't figure out how to create new checkpoints when I add a new device (all the templates seem to be iPhones and I wanted to try animating an android device). i watched the video on how to create new animations but I can't seem to catch how the checkpoints are added.
@singpolyma You just need to move the iphone and the checkpoint will automatically appear. (If you are adding the position checkpoint). You can also just load the iPhone template and change it to android device.
Looks cool! Only one thing, i edited a template and wanted to download it. Signup and nothing happend. When i click download again i got an error i was out if downloads ;)
Looks good, but when I just tried it, the uploaded photo isn't fitting itself into the device template, and cannot be synced to the angle of the device when rotated. It could have been simplified by automatically fitting it and align to the angle of the device positions.
Looks good. Like everything, there are things to improve but it's really interesting to have something that let's you skip after effects almost completely
Hello PH!
After leaving my full-time role, I've been working on Previewed 💎 day in day out and I am delighted to present you the new, 3D Editor that can help you create device animations directly in the web browser.
✨ The 3D Editor is sleek, simple to use, feature packed - a real game changer when it comes to creating device animations. You do not need to install any software, or even know how to design. It works out of the box. ✨
👌 Features:
- 100s of pre-made templates
- End to end 3D (Snapshots & Animations)
- Fully Customizable
- Web browser based
💯 Perfect for:
- Landing pages
- Promo videos
- Social Media
- Portfolios
- Presentations
For fellow makers out there, it's around 82K lines of code (inc. comments, css etc.) built on top of React and ThreeJs.
There is a generous free tier, but of course, big promo for supporters until the end of the week - get a yearly subscription for ~65% off.
I've now used Previewed for several projects, and started using the 3D editing capabilities over the last week. The ease of in-browser creation is delightful, as always, and the addition of this capability makes it even better. Simply, nice work!
