The original inspiration came from the pain point we all experiencedāeveryone experienced the infuriating process of hiring in order to create and scale teams. It was a long, painful, inefficient, and infuriating experienceāso we knew AI could solve this. We still believe that the hiring process should be fair and efficient, and trained talent should be evaluated based on real abilitiesānot a resume.
Looks very useful. One thing that always comes to mind with these types of applications is how do you ensure the AI doesnāt discriminate? Models are full of biases so you have to act on this explicitly I believe.

Is this meant to replace existing ATS offerings, or integrate with/ augment the existing systems?
Is there any hands-on technical assessment portion, for something like a software engineering role, where you would traditionally have a live coding session or a take-home assessment? Similar to the question about ATS integration, do you plan on integrating with the various technical-assessments-as-a-service solutions on the market or are you thinking of adding those features directly to your platform?
I realize the target audience here is the hiring team, in your top three pain points, you did call out Feedback as a missing luxury. I didn't see that point addressed in your explanation of the solution, though. Can you shed more light there? What does feedback look like? what is the candidate's overall experience?
