Been using for 10 minutes and LOVING IT! Can I use the schedule a call to get support (find it hard to find and also understand new products with not a lot of help center development) and also give feedback or purely feedback?
Welf von Hören
@jardel awesome to hear! please feel free to schedule a call :)

I don’t like how the trial-to-paid flow is designed but I applaud you on the the project and think you’re doing good.

@ndgold Thanks for your feedback. Potential works best if you invest in it, and starting a trial is a good way of really giving it a try. We send out a reminder before the trial ends and always offer refunds if it extends unintentionally. And if someone can't use the app for financial reasons we're happy to provide an extended trial of three months.

This is a great app so far! Would love a Notion integration to sync and possible other integrations with things like Spotify. I.e. if you play the calm vibes playlist it auto completes relaxation.

Hi everyone, I started Potential because I believe it's possible to improve our way out of whatever life situation we may find ourselves in. Meditation is free. Exercise is free. Journaling is free. Reading is free. Calling our loved ones is free. So many practices with the potential to transform our lives are available to us at all times. If we can just *do* these simple things that we know are good for us, we can become people that are more capable of handling life. And yet it's so easy *not* to do them. Because for hours each day, technology companies are feeding us cheap dopamine. That's why attention matters: it's not just time we lose. It's our ability to navigate our lives, become a better person, and create a better life. Your ability to improve your life depends upon your relationship to technology. How you use your phone shapes who you will become. Potential is designed to align your phone with your intentions. It upgrades your home screen, helps you structure your day and stay consistent with your habits. Here’s how it works. 1. Set up your intentions and routines 2. Connect your meditation apps, running playlist, shortcuts, etc. 3. Place our widgets on the first page of your home screen That’s it. Your Home Screen will now show the right intentions, at the right time. But there's more: 4. Track your habits manually or complete your intentions automatically through integrations 5. Use distracting apps more mindfully by setting up our shortcut 6. Share your activity with your friends to hold each other accountable 7. Discover new practices in the Explore section 8. Celebrate with Visual Dopamine 9. Build your habit system with fallbacks 10. Customize your experience with Attention Settings I hope you like it! Welf ——— Potential is one of three projects we're launching today. Check out the other two here: Attention Settings: Turn off distracting features. A practical concept for regulating attention-extractive products to increase consumer agency. https://www.producthunt.com/post... The Humane Tech Library: A collectively maintained gallery of humane UX patterns, concepts, and products designed to be more respectful of your attention.

@imtiyaz922 Potential and Attention Settings really go together. Potential is what we can do as an app to change your experience with your phone. Attention Settings is what should be done on the level of the operating system...

Congrats on the launch! this looks sick. I currently use todoist, but I find it a bit limiting. From first look I like that you can separate tasks into blocks in the day and the fact that the completion of a task automatically logs and helps you track you consistently you are doing it. Going to try it out nw!

Awesome product! My only suggestion would be to be more transparent with the pricing. It doesn't mention anywhere on your website that you have to pay for the app (other than the terms which state 'the App is generally free to users'), you only find out when you've downloaded, created an account and are then hit with a payment page. Like most people, I'm happy to pay for it as it's a really cool app, but I do think the payment options should be included on your website 👍
