April updates in PontaHR 🧡

PontaHR gets updated every month with changes big and small. Read about the new and shiny April features. ✨

In-app notifications

The new bell icon in your navigation bar can only mean one thing: notifications are here! 🔔

You'll be notified about new developments like being assigned to a job listing, replies and comments you're mentioned in, listing updates, and feedback reactions.

Combine them with emails to make sure you never miss a thing!

Better score visibility on candidates

This one is all about understanding candidate feedback at a glance. 👀

Here are the updates we made to help you do that:

1. On the Listing Page, your own score is now always visible, including when you haven’t left it yet (helpful nudge 🙊).

2. We’ve swapped the old “category + number” view for a score bundle that is easier to read.

3. For candidates that have been rejected or skipped, you’ll now see the full score history, so it’s easier to trace why a decision was made.

:emoji: Picker

We've launched a lot of things, but this one might be our favorite – full support for :emoji: shortcodes wherever you’re typing. 🙌 🎉 🥂

Just start typing : followed by an emoji name (like :smile: or :thumbsup:), and the emoji picker will show up right where you are.
