Reference image not loading in Pollo.ai

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to generate a video using Pollo.ai with a reference image, but no matter which photo I upload, the image never loads. I’ve tested with different formats (JPG, PNG) and different sizes, but the platform keeps ignoring the reference input.

I just wanted to confirm:

Is this a temporary bug in Pollo.ai?

Are other users experiencing the same issue right now?

Any workaround to make reference images work?
