Hello Everyone! 👋 Firstly, thank you so much @kevin for hunting us! We are super excited to launch Challenges on Product Hunt! We created PM School Challenges to assist aspirants break into Product Management. In today’s world, a CV is hardly proof of work. Also, we observed that 90% companies (in India at least) have a take-home case assignment round for APM/PM roles. We saw there was nothing like Kaggle for aspiring PMs, where folks can solve actual PM case studies posted by companies or see how others have solved one. With that in mind, we built PM School Challenges. We conduct case study challenges every week! Many of these challenges are based on actual problems faced by the company’s Product team. The incentive for winners of these challenges is cash and/or a chance to interview for APM/PM. Some of the companies which have successfully conducted hiring challenges with us are Aegon Life, HD Works, Sequoia-backed Doubtnut, Antler-backed Humit, YC-backed Spark Studio to name a few. Apart from that, these case study solutions also help aspirants create a proof of work (portfolio) across different industries like e-commerce, gaming, etc. and problem areas like acquisition, retention, analytics, etc.. Aspirants can share their portfolio with the hiring manager along with their CV, to signal their Product Management chops. 🧰 After conducting 100+ challenges, we decided to create a standalone product - Challenges. So far, we’ve seen 100+ successful transitions into an APM/PM role. Today, we are launching on Product Hunt. 😊 Would love to hear your thoughts or feedback. Cheers! 🥂
