Absolutely loving how quick and painless this is to set up! 🚀 Finally managed to get our feedback system running in literally seconds (yes, the 30-sec claim is legit!).
Been using it for our SaaS product and honestly, it's refreshing to see a feedback tool that doesn't require a Ph.D. to configure. The AI-powered features are pretty smart at organizing feedback, and the templates saved me hours of head-scratching over what questions to ask.
The best part? It's FREE. Like, actually free, not the "free-but-unusable-without-premium" kind.

Unreal, people need this more & more as products are expected to stay on top of errors far more quickly than before - We're launching our X CRM in the next coming month & this is exactly the sort of feedback style we'd be looking to receive from our Alpha users!!

My 2¢: Don't just stop at collecting. Let the AI process it and send customer satisfaction scores to the PM so that they know what to prioritise for their upcoming releases. Great stuff though @richexplorer!

Our analytics dashboard lets you understand your CS scores and you can make better business decisions based on it @siddharthpereiras
The analytics feature is great. A downloadable report option could make it even more versatile for team presentations.
