👋 Hi Product Hunters,
I am Sergey, a productivity evangelist and the founder of Planyway.
It has been 10 months since we started developing a powerful calendar and team timeline for Trello. Today we are happy to present Planyway PRO on Product Hunt! 🚀
With Planyway you can:
– Drag-and-drop any Trello card to the calendar
– Visually assign and schedule cards among your team with Timeline view
– Use multiboard view to see the cards across all the boards in one place
– Sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar etc.
Planyway basic functions are FREE. Also, you can evaluate our PRO version with these features:
– Google Calendar 2-way Sync
– Recurring Cards
– Multiboard View
– Filters
Planyway has two versions:
Chrome extension (fully functional 💪): https://chrome.google.com/websto...
Power-Up (less functional, working to make it powerful. FREE for now): https://planyway.com/powerup/?re...

@sergey_koshevoy My trial just ended and I loved it. You mention a discount here but I couldn't find anywhere to enter it in the Planyway purchase funnel. Can you please let me know where to enter this so we can purchase it today?
Thanks :)
@sergey_koshevoy Thanks for the help. Just found it - not totally sure how I missed it. And you now have a new and happy customer :)
Oh yeah, if you'd like to see how your software is helping a fellow startup succeed, and f you enjoy playing games with your family, make sure to check us out http://playtcubed.com
This looks great!!! Now that I see your idea it's surprising to me that this wasn't developed by Trello itself. Congratulations.
Question: Is there any way to mark a task as done in the calendar, so you know when you're done with it?
@angelblan_co yes, but a little bit later. Now we are actively working on a mobile app. Actually, you can visit our public roadmap and vote for the wanted features https://trello.com/b/mFU7KVa7/pl...
Hey Sergey,
Congrats on the launch. It looks really good! I'm also surprised Trello didn't build this themselves. Will you be adding different "views" of cards in the future? (i.e. Gantt or something else?) Gantt has been requested a lot by our users and it's something we've been working on at our startup.
@sergey_koshevoy That looks cool! I was mostly asking because at Zenkit, we're really interested in task dependencies and being able to automate updates to tasks. It would be really powerful if you could add a way to create dependencies in Trello, too.
This looks like an amazing product, been using Elegannt for a while as I wanted to be able to visually see my work in a timeseries.
Adding this tool effectively links my work tasks, meetings and social all through a beautiful synced process no matter which dashboard I'm using. Exactly what I've been waiting for!!
After using it today I'd say the worst part was finding my ical address to add my calendar. Should consider adding an auto-fetch of the calendar url, or at least list how
From google calendar support -
"Get the Calendar Address for your public calendar
After you've shared your calendar, share the Calendar Address so that people can view your calendar in a web browser, Google Calendar, or another application.
On a computer, open Google Calendar.
In the top right, click Settings Settings and then Settings.
Click the name of the calendar you want to share.
In the "Calendar Address" section, click ICAL or HTML. Learn more in the "About the Calendar Address" section above.
A window with your calendar's public web address will appear. Copy this link to share your calendar.
"
@sergey_koshevoy Used it and loved it! I found out that there's now trello links for all the tasks I add directly on my google calendar!
Only bug I saw was when I adjusted the end date for a task after adding to calendar, it's start date would automatically change to the end date -1 hour.
@msny_36 Actually it is not a bug, it is because by default Due Date is linked to End Date. In settings, you can change it and it will work like on all calendars.
I spent over a year looking for an app that could do this. I had settled on Trello and been scheduling blocks of time on paper, when I found Planyway. The ease of drag and drop (re)scheduling and custom blocks of time was exactly what I wanted, and two-way sync with Google Calendar made those blocks of time visible and editable anywhere. Fantastic tool
Pros:
best tool of its kind I've found: organize the work with Trello; schedule time for the work with Planyway
Cons:
only available in the web app currently; requires Trello (for better or worse)
I've been using Planyway for most of December and I love it. It shows me all of my cards from multiple boards in one clean, concise view. No more bouncing between board calendars (or sloppy IFTTT formulas) to keep my calendars & tasks in sync. (:
Pros:
Super easy to use. I love that I can enable it on one board and see everything from all of my boards.
Congratulations, Planyway is wonderful app. I use it to manage educational and scientific projects such as writing papers, books. So my dream is integration with citavi.
Pros:
This tool looks great. It's very easy. This is the best way to integration with google account... and you know best of the best - 2-way-sync
Cons:
It works only with trello, I use also todoist to manage productivity.

Planyway is a real breakthrough in Project Management, it's worthy of your support.
Pros:Convenient calendar. Intuitive UI, with plenty of views and settings. 2-way google sync, ical import\export. Responsive support service.
Cons:It's not a standalone app, for now.
Hi, folks, great PowerUp We need 2-way-sync, too, but not with Google Calendar - when will you allow this feature for the Apple Calendar?
Pros:2-way-sync
Cons:not for Apple calendar
You make my workflow controlled being on maternity leave! Me and my team use it. We really lose nothing. Everything I need, I can manage!
Pros:Distant management
Cons:Zero

In a bulging world of plugins and apps for trello this was one of the apps that always stood out. Looked especially good for editorial calendars.
Pros:Really clear and plugged in well to trello right from the early days.
Cons:I don't use trello anymore so I can't use it! (Zenkit is my place these days)
