I know a bunch of academic researchers that will love to see this. They waste so much time today trying to join geolocation datasets.
Congrats SafeGraph team on the launch – joining data is super important, and the creation of a join key for POI/geo data is super smart.

So cool that this is live! Would be a really useful addition for geospatial data layers in apps like TAK or Esri Mission.
We used Placekey since day 1 it launched, and are still using it today. I even made Placekey implementation as a part of my hiring take home project.
@ben_tannenbaum Yes it does. it works best in the US but works everywhere (with varying degrees of recall and precision). it is a self-learning system so constantly getting better.
