Congrats to the team! This looks very well designed and love how you broke down the use cases on the home page. I've been a huge user of Trello for some time now and have had to setup each board for workflows without best practices in place as a template/default version. This should be a great tool for getting some of my projects and clients setup where Trello would take more configuration. Looking forward to using this!

Thank you, @yoroomie ! We're looking forward to having you around!

@mrvanz Hey I really like this... mind emailing me please? kieran@fieldpulse.com - Might be interested in shouldering a user case study for you guys? thanks so much!! great job congrats!

@mrvanz Spent all of 45 mins on the platform. Hated the forced tutorial - but absolutely love the platform so far. It's been 45 mins and I'm planning a day to dive deeper so I can potentially move all our task, process and system related stuff over.

@mrvanz Love the concept. Though when I went to give it a try, it kept asking me for more and more info. First email. The it asks for "just 2 questions". Then company name. Then phone number and a bunch more info. That's a lot to ask for before demonstrating value. Please don't interpret as a complaint. Just intended as helpful feedback.

@alessioalionco Out of interest, why does Pipefy require my phone number and real name to complete signing up? This sort of thing is always rather irritating for people like me who don't really enjoy giving out that data... Other than that, the service does look really cool, and I look forward to using it, if only you remove these requirements.

I used Pipefy in the past and tried the Beta version when they were releasing it. Unfortunately, as I used it for personal projects, I couldn't keep using after they killed the free plan. But it's a great tool. Really liked their templates. :)

I've been testing Pipefy since a few days. Really appreciate it, the pipes really are a great way of managing workflows. They've called me an hour after my registration on the app to help discover the tool. Good job. I'll try to implement client assistance and the hiring process to see how flexible pipes are, but seems great. The phases, the cards, the forms, the databases, everyhting seems to be customizable and adaptive. I'd love to see a native integration to Slack even if Zapier make a good job connecting them. 7$/user/month, not cheap, but kinda in the market prices. Keep going guys, great product u got here :-) PS : when is the mobile app coming ? U may want to check how is the Pipedrive app made to work on ur app UX ;-)
alessioalionco
@dipsy_fr Hello Jérémy! We expect to launch until the end of the year! =)

Have been familiar with pipefy for a while, but the redesign has lifted it to a new level. Well done @alessioalionco.
Isabelle W. Salemme
@naxn We're very glad to hear that! We have many awesome news planned for the near future, stay tuned!

This looks awesome! Basically Trello on steroids. Seems to fill a lot of the gaps that we found with Trello as a project management/team management tool. Props to the Pipefy team! Definitely going to be trying this out.

We've been customers of Pipefy since the beta and everyone here loves it. Not only it is extremely easy for new users to pick up, the speed they iterate to make the product more intuitive and add new features is on par with many of their bigger (and more expensive) competitors.

Hi looks really great I'm excited to use this, it's what I've been looking for!. I'm interested in the 'guest users' feature but can't find anything to explain this - would you be able to explain how they work and/or provide a link to documentation about feature? Thanks. More info: I'm interested in giving contractors temporary access in order for them to complete some temporary work. I like the idea of setting up pipes for this, and/or giving them access to existing pipes. Can I do this? And can I give them access to only certain pipes (e.g. so they can't see other cards/pipes which may have information I don't want them to see). PS In my case I'm interested in the Pro account or perhaps the Starter.
Isabelle W. Salemme
Hi @mleonard ! We're very glad you're excited! The 'guest users' feature is a way to allow users to sign up and create cards in one or more pipes - those users are only allowed to create cards, they can't open the pipes or access the information on theirs or anyone else's cards. Yes, you can invite users to your organization and only give them access to one or more pipes by making the pipes private and only inviting them in to the ones you want to access. These users would be organization and pipe members, though, they don't fit into the 'guest users' category. Would you like to get in touch with one of our product specialists to learn more about the features and prices? If you would, simply sign up for Pipefy and they'll reach out to you!

First off, I’d like to start by thanking Justing Jackson for Hunting us! My name is Alessio Alionço and I’m Pipefy’s founder and CEO. A few months back we’ve received a 2.4M seed round from Trinity Ventures, Valor Capital, Redpoint E.Ventures, Funders Club, AngelList, 500 Startups, and the founders of Zendesk to name a few. This investment was exactly what we’ve needed to work full speed and release Pipefy 2.0: a fully redesigned, improved version of Pipefy that’s made it even easier for companies to more efficiently manage their processes. Having our startup templates bundle featured on Product Hunt today is the perfect icing on our success cake! We’re very grateful for the acknowledgement and we can safely say we’ll come back with exciting news many, many times in the near future! Cheers! =)

Looks great -- VERY aggressive sales team. Expect a call w/ ten minutes of signing up if you give your real phone number.
Jack Smith
@trevor_coleman wow... yeah, I'd never give out my real phone number when signing up to something like this where they don't need it
Trevor Coleman
@_jacksmith It's usually harmless! I've had 2-3 startups call me within a couple minutes of signing up recently. It's a bit too much. Feels very invasive and reactive. Have some chill, customer success team. Have some chill.
Fernando Doege
Amazing product. I relied on heavily on my last startup. I can't recommend enough. They are very costumer oriented. They really listen you as a customer and if makes sense they try to deploy ASAP. I asked for a few improvements a couple of times and even when I was not attended they explained me why. TL;DR a great product with a great team behind it. \o/

Been looking for something to manage repeating processes, this looks like a great start. Wonder how to handle dozens of different steps in a process.

I don't know where you guys are based, but the English is pretty awkward. The sign up process seemed really neat at first, but I almost gave up when I realized that I was forced to put in a fake phone number. Otherwise it seems interesting.

Has opened my eyes to the possibilities of pipelines that speak to each other.

Pros:

Super clean UI, unique database functionality, beautifully simple self-hosted forms that are actually fun to work with.

Cons:

So far, none that I've found.

This looks like a tremendous product. Very well-designed, too.
