How do you make money?

Great idea and especially timely. One piece of feedback, I think the site misses a chance to build trust by explaining what is in it for you. Exact numbers will vary of course, but even a general idea would be helpful in determining cost of capital. 👍

This will change the game, and just at the right time.

Nice to see this out in the wild! Was great to partner with you guys on building out the product and marketing site!

?makers who is the ideal customer for Pipe, and under what use case? Seems like a cash advance, unless I'm understanding it wrong? Thanks and good luck with the launch!

How are subscription cancellations by the end client/user treated from Pipe’s side once funds have already been advanced to the borrower?
Harry Hurst
@smmiles18 thanks for the question Sean! If a customer churns, the SaaS vendor simply rebates us on a prorated basis for the service period that wasn’t rendered, no penalties or fees! Most of our clients choose to Pipe another subscription to replace the churned one for an even smoother experience.

I'm not sure if i understood what you are doing. Are you offering factoring for your customers aka buying the annual payments at a discount in order for handing the cash over right away? Put simply, are you buying the churn risk?

What do you think about the subscription cancellation rates in turbulent times like pandemic/ financial crisis?
