Ahh, the character/mascot is so great! Dealing with bills and customer support is such a drag, this could easily be seen as a "grudge product" that people don't want to spend money on. But you've executed the idea in such a delightful way, it looks fun! Nice job, and congrats on the launch!

Als, I get impression the product is very market specific (looks like it has strong focus on US market), it would be great to communicate on limitations.
