Hi there, Phron.io is an app I built to help me in my investing research. I hope it can be useful for other personal investors as well. The idea came from the struggle to quickly identify high quality businesses and easily access their financial info. There are plenty of stock screeners out there but they always felt a bit clunky to me, often presenting the results in a tabular form without further context or information about the business. Phron.io has 'tinder-like' swipe interface. It uses some AI techniques to pre-sort stocks by quality and presents them for users. The initial view gives you a snapshot with highlights and lowlights of the business; you can swipe right (if you like it), swipe left (if it's a pass), or scroll down to explore more information. The app is free with a simple sign-up, and you get 5 swipes every day. If you want more, there's a Premium option for $9.99/month, which unlocks unlimited swipes, advanced stock screener filters, and more data. The main costs are covering cloud hosting and financial data providers. I'd love to hear what you think and any feedback you might have.

Interesting. I like that there is a free version. Is the only limitation 5 swipes a day compared to pro or are there other hidden and locked features on pro?

Hi @chris_wyatt2! Premium users get unlimited swipes, unlimited access to the 'revenue pipeline' visualisation when searching for any stock, access to earning call transcripts and annual reports. And soon access to quarterly data, and longer financial history than 5 years.

@johanna_arias thanks i notice after I actually look 🫣 - one thing that I didnt find and may have missed. Is there a way to see the companies I liked in a portfolio for ease of revisiting after swiping?

Hi @chris_wyatt2, yes if you tap the search bar you can list the stocks you "Love" or "Passed" on, you can also list your stocks by your Tags.

I had issues signing up. Simple signon is only for Apple and I dont log into things with that ans the no simple signon kept saying I need to add a correct email. It was.

@chris_wyatt2 ignore this comment. It was me not reading the create account structure. Normally its name then email but this was the other way around. My fault 😀
