🌺 Alohomora Product Hunt! 🌞 I'm Trisha, the co-founder of Pensieve AI.
We're building the go-to user research platform to help you put your customers at the core of your business. As the first product designer at an early stage startup, I found the process of conducting user research, while also getting the product and engineering team aligned, difficult, tedious, and expensive. While at Uber, I also found it challenging to discover research insights from past employees and ended up conducting duplicative user research studies. I realized hyper growth, fast startups didn't have enough resources to create the right research processes or put user research at the core of the business, so I decided to change that.
What we want you to achieve through Pensieve AI is to provide intelligent insights to your stakeholders, cut your task time in half, and cancel your other (pricey) platform subscriptions down. Essentially, your workflow should be smarter, faster, and cheaper through our tool. And with teams being fully remote/hybrid, we want to bring your IRL workflow seamlessly into a virtual platform so you can collaborate anytime, anywhere with everything you need in one place.

Great work, thanks for this! I love that there are more tools like this coming online every day. How are you planning on differentiating yourself from tools like Dovetail (for example)?
yep! this space is emerging now due to the transition to fully remote work. We’re differentiating through our synthesis process, which stays true to the process many researchers are already familiar with. This is done through our affinity map feature. No other tool in the market offers sticky notes that are tagged. We also have some exciting features we’re cooking up next.
This is great! I’d love to see a means to incorporate these to a WSJF priorización framework. Like oh there’s 25 people that are having x problem, tangle the insights to a suggested feature, seize it and export to jira maybe?
