Hey PHunters, Andrei from Paymo here. We're back with some exciting updates. Most project-based organizations relly on a suite of apps to plan projects, schedule tasks and track time. Project managers and admins are the most frustrated in this process, as they have to juggle between different sets of data. With the introduction of the Team Scheduler, we intend to bring all these processes in one place by suggesting bookings automatically based on previously entered data. Paymo will create ghost bookings for all your assigned tasks with start and due dates – managers will simply have to convert them to real bookings and make adjustments when needed. In addition, you can: - toggle between the user view and the project view timeline, to visualize bookings at a micro and macro level - see at a glance which employees are over- or under-booked - modify bookings directly on the timeline by dragging and resizing them with your mouse - for tasks with time budgets, see how much time was estimated and how much is still available for booking - add leave days to any employee directly on the scheduler with the help of the built-in leave planner - transform bookings into time entries at a click of a button, diminishing the time allocated for data entry We'd love to get some feedback on it's usability and how does it fit your workflow.
