We started out as a P2P marketplace solution (AirBnB for parking) in 2015. In 2018, we realized an increase in demand from the B2B segment. Especially during COVID, our automated (no-touch) tech saw an increase in demand from small to mid-size real estate property owners and managers. We have added several product lines over the last 2 years to solve challenges of property owners & managers looking to reduce their operational costs using technology, improve security, and generate revenue. We continue to innovate and build tech to bridge the gap between real-estate and transportation.
